About the Containers

Please note that you’ll need to arrange your own insurance for your goods.
Payment Terms
For a 10' x 8' container The hire cost can be paid per month at £100 per month, or £90 if pre-paid for six months at £540, saving you £10 a month and £60 in total.
For a 20' x 8' container The hire cost can be paid per month at £130 per month, or £110 if pre-paid for six months at £660, saving you £20 a month and £120 in total.
Notice
We ask for as much notice as possible when you’re vacating your unit. The minimum that can be given is one week.
Terms and conditions
Security
We will provide a secure padlock and key for your unit. You must ensure that the unit is locked at all times. We’re not responsible for locking or unlocking your unit.
Deliveries and Collections
We don’t accept deliveries on your behalf.
Prohibited Goods
- Food or Perishable Goods
- Birds, Fish, Animals, or Other Living Creatures
- Combustible or Flammable Materials or Liquids
- Firearms, Explosives, Weapons, Ammunition, or Toxic Waste
Use of the Unit and Site
You must not, and you must not allow any other person to:
- Do Anything on the Site or in the Unit Which May Be a Nuisance to Us or the Users of Any Other Units or Persons on Site
- Use the Unit as an Office, Living Accommodation, or as a Home or Business Address
- Spray Paint or Do Mechanical Work of Any Kind in the Unit
- Attach Anything to the Internal or External Surfaces of the Unit or Make Any Alteration to the Unit
- Cause Any Damage to the Unit, Any Other Unit, the Site, or Its Facilities
Notice
This contract can and will be terminated if payment is not received on time.
